Target Insurance Company, Limited (In Liquidation) ("Target Insurance") is an authorized insurer in Hong Kong. Target Insurance was wound up by order of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Court") on 26 September 2022. Ms. Chu Ching Man Karen and Mr. Cheng Man Lung, both of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, were appointed by the Court on 17 July 2025 as the incumbent Joint and Several Liquidators of Target Insurance.
